Apa kata malam ni kita makan salad je..heee.. Laaa... kata diet.. Well salad tu tak bermaksud diet kann... Pada i, jamu tekak.. Walau pun takat salad.. Chef CiJu suka buat salad ni. Egg Salad.
Bahan - bahan yang diperlukan:
Kentang - cut into 8
Telur - cut into 4
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Lettuce
1. Boil plain water. And soak kentang into the hot water.
2. Then boil eggs. Make sure just 4 - 5 minutes. Sebab bila terlalu lama layer atas telur kuning akan turns kebiruan. Ini akan menjadikan kuning telur itu nanti akan menjadi sulfur.
3. Broccoli dan cauliflower steam kan saja. Dont overcooked.
Mayonis
Chili Sauce
Black pepper
Garam
Campur kan kesemua bahan di atas. Lebihkan chili sauce. Tambahkan sikit tomato sauce. Masukkan garam dan black pepper.
Ready to serve.
Dalam mangkuk besar, gaulkan kesemua bahan yang sudah disediakan tadi bersama dressing. Lettuce tu jangan campur sekali tau. Masa nak serve tu baru dicampur. Macam garnishing lah kekonon.
