anyway, me really on diet now.

semuanya bermula waktu puasa.
makan sekedar mengisi perut.
bulan puasa i just took only 2 times of rice within a month.
tak percaya?
tanya Chef CiJu.
she cooked many tempting menu pun memang i hebat.
sekedar merasa.
even i still on diet, i tetap suka dessert.
but i took supplementary yang control my sugar level.
so during iftar i more on drinks.
then dessert.
and that's all.
sahor pulak, i took green tea with milk.
tamar, fruits, and more plain water.
NO RICE. even kat rumah i tu menggunakan brasmathi.
still NO RICE.
and
NO COFFEE esp coffee yang 3 in 1 tu..

sebenarnya u can add with all the juice, memang membantu.
tapi i hanya guna GREEN TEA..
walhal sebelum ni memang i tak suka tea. esp green tea.
tapi semangat i kuat.
just green tea.
and hanya once awhile i take coffee.
memang susah at first nak avoid coffee.
and hasil berhempas pulas ni, memang berat i berkurang.
dalam sebulan puasa turun dalam 4 kg..
4 kg? sikit nyaaaa..
weiii is not so easy lah..
anyway, still i want to keep it up.

cara diet i betul ke idok? i tak kesah lah..janji bila i timbang, weighing scale turun..heeeee

Kakak... Kita perasan kakak dh kurus tau. Br nak tanya apa rahsia. Hehehe. Tgk gmbr raya yg akak pakai bj kurung tu, kita perasan. Hehehe. Teruskan kakak. Sy ni ha entah bila lah nk mulakan diet. Dua hari ni mc lak sbb gastrik. In shaa Allah kena kuat semangat.

ReplyDeleteberhempas pulas diet ni...tapi kerap sangatlah pulak ke laut. turun sikit je, naiknya mencanakkkk pada hujung minggu.
Blm mampu elak terus nasi...masih makan nasi sekali seminggu huhuhu
bila teringat budu, lagilah dok terbayangkan nasi. ikan bakooo! ikan bakooo!
