Kunun - kunun diet program gitu lahh.. so almost 2 week dah kami dok makan pasta sesaje.. makan bread butter saje.. makan salad saje.. dan memang nampak perubahan semua.. kalau dulu si kecik tu, pipi mengelembung jee.. tambah - tambah bila cuti sekolah. but since the program started early week of school holiday, itu pipi si kecik pun back to normal. heee,, sian gak.. tapi memang kena kawal for sure.. ALHAMDULLILAH.. no complaint. then since banyak sangat cara masak pasta ni, i wanna share with you one of our menu of the day.. kita cuba buat Creamy Penne with Meat . cam ne penne ek???
Ni haahh...Wikipedia Penne is a type of pasta with cylinder-shaped pieces.
what you sud prepare?
1. 1 packet Penne
2. 100gm mince meat..(Chef CiJu guna Ramli Burger yeee).
3. 5 garlic - chopped
4. 1 onion clove - chopped
3. 400 ml whipped cream.
4. 1/2 tsp salt
5. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
this is super quick pasta.. easy kan Chef CiJu... i easy to eat.. heee...ok..we see how easy this pasta.
how to prepare..
1. we need to cook penne.. cooked as directed, then drained and kept hot.
2. melt butter and add garlic and onion.. sampai naik bau.
3. masukkan mince meat..gaul..
4. stir in whipped cream and 1/2 cup of water. stirring frequently till sauce boils and thickens.
5. then masukkan pasta..season it with salt and black pepper..
6.. ALL DONE..
tadaaaaaa...dont you think this is easy to prepare and yet soooo yummyyy..
we served with Salad.. nanti i share salad recipe ye..

re; kek buah yg dikukus lama mmg sedap... moist.yg beli di kedai biasa tak begitu sedapkan...agak kering. yg home made juga lebih sedap...tambah kalau resepi org dulu.
