Mesilau Nature Resort, Kundasang

I nak cerita sikit pasal our accommodation masa my company buat trip to Kundasang last time.. The place memang  best sangat lah.. Very cold and cozy. but just the road is a bit challenging lah. but worth it. Cuma i think need more lights on the pathways.. sangat gelap all the way up especially at nite. bit scary i cud say especially to any lady driver. 

this resort is located at the foothills of Mount Kinabalu.. tu yang sangat sejuk.. malam siap kena pakai heater tau. 

Mesilau, named after Mesilau River, is an area situated at approximately 2000 m above sea level on the East Ridge of Mount Kinabalu in Kinabalu National Park, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. It is the site of the Mesilau Nature Resort, which is owned and operated by Sutera Sanctuary Lodges.  Mesilau East River and Mesilau West River pass through the Mesilau area.  Mesilau East River forms a deep ravine,  and Mesilau Cave is located nearby. 

One of the two main summit routes of Mount Kinabalu starts at the Mesilau Nature Resort and is called the Mesilau Trail. The Mesilau Trail meets the old Kinabalu Summit Trail just above Layang-Layang (Dusun for Place of Swallows), which is situated at approximately 2700 m.

stop here, kira macam reception area.. tapi bukan di sini.. you have to drive up lagi.. baru jumpa reception area yang ada di area restaurant .

kawasan restaurant.. ruang makan yang benar - benar alami.. bond with the nature.. sejuk sangat di luar ni..

ini bahagian ruang makan juga.. outdoor punya.. tapi i tell you.. memang tak akan selesa makan kalau malam.. sejuk.. pagi, maybe best kot..

tinggalkan area reception dan terus menuju ke our rooms..

di sini Witty Range Lodge   dalam RM1200 gitu kot. range for 6 persons... ada 3 rooms dalam satu rumah..based on our room review lah.. suitable for family.. this is equipped with living room and 3 bedrooms all attached bathrooms. 

dan yang kat belakang tu, Crocker Range. Crocker Range ni category macam dorm kot.. tak pegi tengok sana.. yang ni dalam RM430 kot for 2 persons...

attached with other room.. so all of us stayed next to each others.

Ini Donkey Ears Lodge. has 2 bedrooms with huge hall. . rate for one nite is RM2586 for 4 persons. 

kat tepi Donkey Ears Lodge ni boleh kalau nak turun ke sungai.. tu lalu wakaf - wakaf ni..

Yang ni Low's  Peak Lodge.. this can accommodate 6 persons. there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. in room heater pun ada di sini. rate for a nite is 1379.

ini pun Low's Peak Lodge.. kalau tak silap.. apa - apa pun kita veragan lagi..
