Sambal bunga kantan
Tonite, we had really light dinner. Simplest lambuk porridge.Why simple? Coz there is no chicken or beef or ikan bilis, just coconut milk.Buttt...ada but nya.. we add on dengan, ikan bilis goreng, peanut, telur mata lembu, daun sadri, and SAMBAL BUNGA KANTAN..This is a new recipe yang kami cuba..Masa di Temerloh i met my ex room mate masa belajar kat Sekolah Menengah Teknik Tuanku Jaafar. We haven't met since 25 years a go. She gave me this sambal..Well, makan malam ni yang pada mulanya simple, akhirnya bertambah - tambah.. Thank you Narimah for the sambal..It is really nice..
