Chef CiJu buat Marble Pie Brownies. I terus buatkan hamper. Serious tuu...

Aisha said to me, "O my nephew! We used to see the crescent, and then the crescent and then the crescent in this way we saw three crescents in two months and no fire (for cooking) used to be made in the houses of Allah's Apostle. I said, "O my aunt! Then what use to sustain you?" 'Aisha said, "The two black things: dates and water, our neighbors from Ansar had some Manarh and they used to present Allah's Apostle some of their milk and he used to make us drink."

Jom try this...Marble Cheese Brownies

Tetiba terliur..teringin nak makan ni.. Asyik cakap dengan Chef CiJu je nak makan ni, nak makan ni.. tup - tup balik tadi dia cakap, tengah nak buat. Emmm..tengah tunggu masak je ni... I just love this.. Marble Cheese Brownies. Sedapnyaaa..kenyal - kenyal sikit. Minum petang best nyaa.. Apa kata cuba macam yang ada di link ini.. C H R I S T Y   J O R D A  N  -  S o u t h e r n  P l a t e.

I malas nak translate lah.. so pandai - pandai lah ye.. Yang penting coba lah yeee.. INSYALLAHHH SEDAP....


I n g r e d i e n t s
Cheesecake Batter:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 C granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp almond extract (I left this out)
1 C Milk Chocolate Chips
Brownie Batter:
2/3 C All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 C Unsalted Butter
1 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla

I n s t r u c t i o n s 
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray 8x2 or 9x2 inch square pan with vegtable pan spray.

For cheesecake batter
    - in large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar with electric mixer until light and creamy.
    - add egg and almond extract; mix well.
    - stir in milk chocolate chips, set aside.

For brownie batter
    - in small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt and  set aside.
    - melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    - stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
    - add flour mixture ; mix until just combined.
    - alternately drop spoonfuls of brownie and cheesecake batter into prepared pan.
    - swirl the two batters together to create a marble effect using a knife.

3. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Cool completely before cutting.



I suka bila boleh chew  chew sikit tu.. Sedapnya MASYALLAHH... Tapi for those yang diabetic to jaga - jaga ye..

There was an Ansari man nicknamed, Abu Shu'aib, who had a slave who was a butcher. He came to the Prophet while he was sitting with his companions and noticed the signs of hunger on the face of the Prophet . So he went to his butcher slave and said, "Prepare for me a meal sufficient for five persons so that I may invite the Prophet along with four other men." He had the meal prepared for him and invited him. A (sixth) man followed them. The Prophet said, "O Abu Shu'aib! Another man has followed us. If you wish, you may invite him; and if you wish, you may refuse him." Abu Shu'aib said, "No, I will admit him."

Meeting frens from Qatar and makan - makan kat Esfahan..eemmm

Last Wednesday me and Chef CiJu went to KL. We met our frens  Hussain and Rukaya from Qatar. I had to meet them at the hotel, C i t r u s   H o t e l, where they were staying for 3 nites. This hotel is located at Jalan Raja Laut. Quite a long time tak ke this area. Luckily before left home, i google map kejap and also got direction from the hotel staff. 

 This hotel looks great.. Just  bit hidden from the main road.. Katanya dulu hotel lain.

Agak lama juga kami menunggu, then i rasa better i went to the reception and asked the receptionist to call their room. Alamak..they were sleeping..Heee..Anyway, about another 20 minutes of waiting, we met at 3.00PM. Then we straight went to have our late lunch. Hussain brought us here......

Ha..haa...Hussain ni dari Qatar..Orang Qatar brought Malaysian to Iranian resto in Malaysia..heee..This was my second times have iranian food. First masa m y  t r i p   t o   P h u k e t, I love the rice..

 Hussain and his wife made the order. Kitarang just makan lahh..Started with Barley Soup.. Yummm....

 Kebab..Sedapppp...

and rice..Suka dengan this rice.. Panjang - panjang.. Once u want  to eat, mix rice with the butter. Yummm...tapii.. Very very big portion. I divided this rice into 2. Half Chef CiJu ambik..

and Salad.. Itu je tau.. But i noticed orang Middle East or Kahsmir makan lauk memang tak banyak.. 2 paling banyak.. Kalau kita agaknya full meja tu.. Siap dessert2 lagi..Tapi even 2 lauk, still dah kenyang sangat - sangat....

 Suruh budak kedai ni tangkap our picture. Tapi blurrr...try lagi..

Emmm... sama..We left the resto and decided to go to Berjaya Times Square. Hope no heavy traffic to go there. Our lunch Hussain yang belanja.. Malu je.. Supposedly I belanja Hussain and Rukaya.. Tup tup  depa lak yang belanja.. Apa - apa pun.. Thanks a lots. JAZAKALLAH UL KHAIR...

They wanted to do some shopping. But after sometimes they noticed that almost some of the things depa leh dapat kat Dubai. Barang sama, harga sama..Not worth it katanya..

After spending masa kat sini, time to say good bye...We had our good time together. They were kind people. Before saying good bye, salam - salam. Berdesup - desup kisses on my cheeks. Bukan Hussain tau.. heee..Rukaya.. heee.. Style depa lah kot.. Anyway, depa dah pun selamat sampai di Qatar semalam. 10 hours flight by Emirates. Hussain ni kerja dengan Emaraites before he retired. He's shia... Anyway, dapat lah i sikit information about shia.. (I realized kita ni kena search betul - betul kan tentang sesuatu benda before do any judgement on certain thing. I mean about shia ni lahh..) Thanks again to Hussain for the explanation.

Sampai Shah Alam, tak terus balik rumah. singgah lah pulak ke SACC.. Nak ke KK decor.. Sempat pulak singgah ke Secret Recipe.. Hee.. rembat yang kat atas tu.. Hee...

P/S:  Notice or not, seems i put on weight after back from Kashmir. I jadi rice lover... Huuuhh.. before pegi sana, i lost 4 kg. Now put on weight.. I rasa sure naik to 4 kg back...huuu..huuuuu...

When the following Verse was revealed: "It is those who believe and confuse not their belief with wrong (worshipping others besides Allah.)" (6:83), the companions of Allah's Apostle asked, "Who is amongst us who had not done injustice (wrong)?" Allah revealed: "No doubt, joining others in worship with Allah is a great injustice (wrong) indeed." (31.13)

Dal Lake, Kashmir

Suddenly i remember....

In the chill morning about one month  ago i  took a stroll in Shikara around the Dal Lake.....

Dal Lake is a lake in Srinagar, Kashmir, the second largest in the state. It is also known as "Jewel in the crown of Kashmir" or "Srinagar's Jewel".  It  is also an important source for commercial operations in fishing and water plant harvesting.

The shore line of the lake is  about 15.5 kilometers. Scenic views of the lake can be witnessed from the shore line Mughal gardens, such as Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh and from houseboats cruising along the lake in the colourful shikaras. During the winter season, the temperature sometimes reaches −11 °C (12 °F), freezing the lake.

The Prophet said, "I will be at my Lake-Fount (Kauthar) waiting for whoever will come to me. Then some people will be taken away from me whereupon I will say, 'My followers!' It will be said, 'You do not know they turned Apostates as renegades (deserted their religion).'" (Ibn Abi Mulaika said, "Allah, we seek refuge with You from turning on our heels from the (Islamic) religion and from being put to trial").

Nasi Ayam Mat Sup terus ke The Curve

Since masalah maid tak selesai selagi itu kitarang akan eat out. Sengaja mengambik kesempatan atas this problem, we went out for lunch. But we just not went out for this. ada benda lain gak kami buat. Apa agaknya tu ek..Tak pe..tengok dulu apa kami makan yeee...

We went to Kota Damansara.. Mak aiii jauhnya ye. Well, after that shopping time..area Damansara kann... Nak ke The Curve..Eh... jomm take a look what we took..We went here..M a t   S u p   C o n e r.

Happy je budak dua ni..

Nasi nya sedap. Lembut.

Ayamnya garing di luar, lembut di dalam.

Lepas makan, kami terus ke The Curve. Actually i brought my niece to the Chanel Counter to buy some of skin care product. She has problem with her face. Then suggested to her to try this product. Dia pun macam ok je..

After some suggestion from the beautician, she agreed to buy and try. I hope she'll be ok with the products. One thing sesiapa yang ada Metrojaya card or Diners Card tu, belanja di sini and spend for cosmetic ada voucher tau. U spend RM250 u will get voucher RM30. So, Miz Pija spent that voucher on the other item. Jimat gitu. 

Masa nak keluar, jumpa dengan Hubby then he wanted to buy parfume. Well, on parfume dah spent more than RM250, ada voucher RM30, i pulak mengambik kesempatan.. heee. bought Chanel Eye Liner.. Pengguna setia.. I just spent RM40 je menambah.. Suka....

Apa lagiii....Cuba..jangan tak cuba. Walhal dah pakai benda yang sama je tu.. Malas nak ke mana - mana lagi, we decided to go back.. Cuaca agak panas. We walked back to the Royale Bintang Damansara where we parked our car. 

Seronok lalu sini sebab ada flea market.. Jamu mata.

Tekak haus, then singgah....Dome.

Mak diarang

Pak diarang..

and depa keasyikan bermain..

Sampai kat sini dah.. sejukkk..Sementara menunggu our car, apa lagi.. shootinggg..

Bila lepak kat sini i  teringat suatu cerita gila yang pernah i buat.. I jumpa  B A I M   W O N G   di hotel ini.. Tak dapat i bayangkan waktu tu my condition was so bad. Nak jalan pun susah sangat. And it is almost a year since the moment,  today i feel so great. ALHAMDULLILAH....Ok.. kereta dah sampai.. Kita go go first. see u later okkk..
