Sago Gula Melaka





Ingredients
200gm pearl sago ( you can use pink and green color)
1 cup water
2 cups thick coconut milk
100gm palm sugar
pandan leaves
pinch of salt
3 tbs sugar

How to do?
1. Soak pearl sago in water for 5 minutes.
2. Bring 5 cups of water to boil.
3. Add pearl sago and keep stirring until sago turns transparent
4. Add sugar and keep stirring
5. Then scoop the sago into mould to set. Chill in fridge.
6. Mix coconut milk and water and bring to boil. Put a pinch of salt and pandan leaves.
7. Cook the brown sugar with 1 cup of water.Put pandan leaves. Then chill it.
8. You could also use evaporated milk instead of coconut milk.

Kuih Jongkong

  • 500gm tepung beras
  • 5 cawan santan (2 cawan pekat, 3 cawan cair)
  • Gula dan garam secukup rasa
  • 5 helai daun pandan
  • Daun pisang
Macam mana nak buat ek??
1. Satukan tepung dan santan sambil dikacau, setelah mesra, letakkan di atas api. Kacau dan jangan ditinggalkan.
2. Masukkan garam secukup rasa juga air daun pandan .
Gula Melaka ni pure dari Indonesia yang tidak dicampur sebarang gula pasir
3. Gula melaka diracik halus.
4. Ambil dua sudu adunan tepung beras tadi dan letakkan di atas daun pisang. Kemudian diletakkan gula melaka.
5. Bentukkan daun pisang seperti kon, dan sematkan dengan lidi..
6. Kukuskan. Angkat lebih kurang setelah 10 - 15 minit.. Sejukkan.
